Payment processing
Card acceptance you can actually understand.
SaviorPay sets up card processing for your business and explains, line by line, what it costs. Before anything else, we will review the statement you have today.

The one number that matters
Your effective rate.
Add up every fee on a monthly statement and divide by your card sales. That is your effective rate: the real cost of accepting cards, whatever the pricing model calls itself.
It is the first thing our analysts work out from your statement, and the figure every comparison should start from.
- Total fees for the month, including monthly and per-transaction charges
- Total card sales for the same month
- Fees divided by sales gives your effective rate
What we set up
Processing that fits how you take payments.
In person
- Countertop and wireless card terminals
- Card payments on your point of sale
- Self-order kiosks with card payment
Online and remote
- Payment gateways for websites and invoices
- Card-not-present payments for phone orders
- Ordering on your own website
Pricing, explained
- Interchange-plus and other pricing models, compared
- Cash discount programmes, where they fit and the rules allow
- Every fee named in your quote before you sign
Pricing depends on your business, card mix and volume, and is confirmed in writing in your quote. We do not promise savings before we have seen your statement.
Statement review
From one statement to a clear answer.
Upload one recent monthly processing statement. No obligation.
An analyst works out your effective rate and what each fee is for.
Either your pricing is fair, or we show you where it could be lower.
If switching makes sense, you get an itemised proposal. Nothing changes unless you say so.
Questions worth asking
Do I have to switch to get a statement review?
No. The review is free and there is no obligation. If your current pricing is already competitive, we will tell you.
What do I need to send?
One recent monthly statement from your current processor. A PDF or a clear photo of every page works.
Can you guarantee I will save money?
No one can honestly promise savings before reading your statement. We tell you what we find, including when your pricing is already fair.
What is a cash discount programme?
Under a cash discount programme, your posted prices cover the cost of card acceptance and customers who pay with cash receive a discount. Card brand rules and state laws apply, so we only recommend it where it is allowed and suits your customers.
