Processing and fees
How do I know what I pay for card processing today?
Add up all the fees on one monthly statement and divide by your card sales for that month. That is your effective rate. Or send us the statement and we will do it for you, free.
Is the statement review really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation, and if your pricing is already fair we will tell you.
Will switching to SaviorPay save me money?
Sometimes, not always. We cannot honestly promise savings until we have read your statement. When we can lower your cost, we show you exactly where.
Do you have contracts?
Terms depend on the product and your business, and they are set out in writing in your proposal before you commit.

Which point of sale systems do you offer?
SaviorTouch, SaviorPay's own restaurant point of sale, and Clover, which we set up and support.
Who qualifies for a free POS?
Businesses with at least $30,000 a month in card sales, two years in business and a point of sale in place today may qualify. Applying is not approval: equipment, term and any conditions are confirmed in writing first.
Can I buy equipment online?
Not yet. Every equipment order starts with a quote, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Does online ordering use my existing menu?
Yes. Items, sizes and modifiers come from your point of sale, and orders are sent back to it as tickets.
How do kiosk customers pay?
With a card on a Dejavoo payment terminal at the kiosk, including contactless.

How do I become a SaviorPay agent?
Complete the agent application. The SaviorPay team reviews it and, if approved, sets you up in AgentOS with training.
Where do agents see their residuals?
In AgentOS at agents.saviorpay.com, along with their tools and reports.
